Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lil' John platform ("Service"), operated by LF Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lil' John is an AI-powered community management platform for Telegram. The Service includes automated question answering, spam protection, broadcasting, analytics, and related features accessible via the Telegram bot and web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to promote illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or securities violations
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Free Tier Limitations

The Starter (free) plan includes limited QnA responses per month, limited group connections, and basic features. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Knowledge Base Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your knowledge base. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

8. AI-Generated Responses

The bot generates responses using AI based on your knowledge base content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of your knowledge base content.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and processing.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by LF Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LF Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LF Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
